QUESTIONNAIRE
Dear Seamen

We invite you to support an initiative developed by the Public Committee for Seafarers' Rights, aimed at ensuring dignified shore leave for sailors. Our goal is to work together with international trade unions to promote compliance with the provisions of the MLC-2006 Convention in ports worldwide.

We are not asking for financial contributions—your participation is completely free. Together, we can expand the capabilities of seafarers' clubs and establish wellness centers that provide sailors with proper rest and recovery. Join us in this important mission!
